Lawn Treatments​

All Treatments are Child & Pet Friendly.

Please note prices shown are based on a lawn size of up to 100m²

Spring Treatment

Applied at the beginning of the growing season. This feed improves turf colour and health,  kills off any moss & provides key nutrients and minerals so the lawn can transition smoothly over the next 2-3 months into new spring growth.
 

Why: This promotes a balanced growth with extra nutrients and minerals at the beginning of the growing season, boost overall plant strength and root development, improve turf colour and health.

When: Late February to April for new spring growth.

*High Nitrogen, moderate phosphorus,  added potassium plus a selective herbicide weedkiller.

Spring

Early Summer Treatment
 

Early summer treatment encourages healthy growth and replaces nutrients into the lawn. The feed enhances the colour of the lawn and helps to protect it against fungal disease. A selective herbicide may be used, if required, depending on the weed coverage in the lawn.

Why: Promotes a healthy grass plant, which will ensure increased grass coverage, control weeds and improves the colour and general health.

When: April to June

*High Nitrogen, moderate phosphorus, added potassium plus a selective herbicide weedkiller.

Early Summer

Summer Treatment
 

Our feed will help the grass growth and strengthen the turf. However, this is not enough to maintain a healthy lawn during hot weather - regular watering is also needed

Why: To promote a healthy grass plant, which will ensure increased grass coverage, control weeds and promote general health

When: June to August

*High Nitrogen, moderate potassium and phosphorus plus a selective herbicide weedkiller sprayed over the lawn.

Summer

Autumn Treatment
 

The UK’s autumn climate slows down the grass growth, with moss actively growing due to the wetter conditions.

Why: To dehydrate and darken moss whilst maintaining healthy grass in readiness for harsh winter weather, to strengthen roots, and protect against pests and disease.

When: September to November

Low Nitrogen, moderate to high phosphorus, high potassium and  iron elements for moss control.

Autumn

Winter Treatment
 

Iron maintains a good healthy colour, make the turf less susceptible to disease and damage during the harsh winter conditions.

This will reinforce and toughen your lawn providing soil fertility and strengthen the root, making your lawn more resilient.

Why: Manage new moss, strengthen the roots  and improve the colour of your lawn, whilst protecting the grass into spring

When: November - February

*Low Nitrogen,  high phosphorus, potassium and iron elements for moss control.

Winter

Lawn Pest Control Treatment
 

Specific treatment, where your lawn may have Leatherjackets or Chafer grubs.

Effective pest management is crucial for maintaining a healthy landscape, ensuring your lawn thrives year-round. 

Why: Treating lawn pests prevents extensive root damage, halts the spread of unsightly brown patches, and stops wildlife from tearing up your turf to hunt for insects. Taking action also keeps your garden safe and usable for family and pets.

When: Late summer to early autumn

Weed Control
 

Specific selective weed control treatment, where your lawn may have common broadleaf & perennial weeds such as dandelions, daisy & clover. 

Our treatments will tackle all types of weeds that may be present. Crucial for  maintaining a healthy landscape, ensuring your lawn thrives year-round. 

Why: Controlling lawn weeds is crucial to prevent them from stealing essential sunlight, water, and nutrients from your turf. Left unmanaged, weeds can quickly weaken your grass and create patchy, uneven, and unsightly growth across your property.

When: Mid to late spring or early autumn
